Capabilities / New Technologies
Bruce Diamond Corporation has been manufacturing quality industrial diamond
tools for over 50 years. In September of 2002, we purchased aspects of Permattach
Diamond Tool. In acquiring Permattach’s manufacturing process and technology,
we have enhanced our product line to include super abrasive tooling used in
various manufacturing industries such as: aerospace, automotive, bearing, semi-conductor,
engraving, electronics, and fiber optics, as well as research facilities and
universities.

Million Diamond Tools in 50 Years
Since 1952, Bruce Diamond, a family owned and operated business, has produced
over 50 million quality diamond tools. While we still make some phonograph
styli – our first product line – we have evolved into much more.
Honing in our manufacturing skills, we have become very adept at brazing and
shaping diamonds in high volume production and now apply these practices to
our grinding, dressing, surface measurement, scribing and engraving tools.
The
Future
Our goal at Bruce Diamond Corporation is to develop and manufacture the most
innovative and highest quality super abrasive tools available. We are working
daily to solve problems using new and innovative ideas and we always welcome
suggestions and requests from our customers. Drawing from a wealth of experience
garnered from creating thousands of applications, our extensive R & D has
led to scores of new innovations to continually enhance all aspects of manufacturing. |
