Diamond we feature a wide selection of diamond types and grades,
defined by the application. All diamonds are top quality and
are sorted based on settable points. Our specialty is setting
small stones, both natural and shaped. We offer both sintered
and vacuum braze setting. Our small stones are set using our
braze alloy providing a superior bond between the diamond and
the shank. This brazed bond is particularly well suited for natural
crystal thread dressers and precision faceted or coned tools
used in the bearing industry. For our larger stones, we typically
use a powdered metal setting to allow for the option of resetting.

Our grit
tools offer a uniform distribution of diamond through out
the matrix. The tools are designed to break down at a rate that
will constantly allow fresh diamond to be exposed providing
for not only the best but the most consistent dress possible.
Our diamond grit is pelletized or coated to achieve the best
bond between the diamond and the supporting matrix. We offer
a variety of matrix hardness custom suited to your specific application.
Our cluster tools are either powdered metal or vacuum brazed
natural, synthetic, PCD, or mono crystal diamond.

type we will custom design the roll to meet your specifications
based on a roll print or reverse engineered from your part
print and machine set up. We offer PCD supported forms
and varying degrees of exposure to produce the tightest
tolerances available.

GLASS AND COMPOSITE GRINDING
We offer
both electrolytic and electroless plating capability. We
have the ability to hold tight tolerance and still maintain
aggressive cutting ability. A new feature we can achieve
is varied concentration. Most plating manufacturers provide
maximum coverage, and that is the only option. In some
instances, a lower concentration will allow for chip clearance,
enhanced coolant flow or an even more aggressive grind.
Our design engineers will work with you to determine the
best product for your specific application.
