Our machining processes include high-speed 5-axis milling, sinker EDM, wire EDM, and CNC turning. We also have the capability of manufacturing high-tolerance injection molds and extrusion dies for plastics processing. In addition to tool steels and aluminum, we also have the ability to precision-machine other metals and exotic alloys such as silicone carbide, tungsten carbide, titanium and Kovar. Machining of ceramic materials is also possible: providing excellent physical properties, corrosion and electrical resistance, and high strength for electrical, structural, and semi-conductor applications.
